Until yesterday I had no idea what a "PUD" is. Actually, I didn't even know it existed. Well, 103 Lakepines is a PUD. So, what is a PUD? PUD stands for Planned Unit Development.
A PUD is an area of land developed in accordance with a unified plan approved by the City. |

 This property is located on a very quiet street of Belmont Heights.
Belmont Heights is a neighborhood in the south-east portion of the city of Long Beach, California, United States, bordering the Pacific Ocean and the more commercial community of Belmont Shore. It is primarily residential but has a mix of local businesses and entertainment within a short walking distance of most residents. Belmont Heights' borders are Ocean Boulevard (and Livingston Drive) to the south, Redondo Avenue on the west, 7th Street to the North, and Nieto Avenue to the east.
I had a lot of fun shooting the pictures for this property. It took me quite a while and I came back in the late evening to have some nightshot taken.
