Until yesterday I had no idea what a "PUD" is. Actually, I didn't even know it existed. Well, 103 Lakepines is a PUD. So, what is a PUD? PUD stands for Planned Unit Development.
A PUD is an area of land developed in accordance with a unified plan approved by the City. It this idea of a unified plan that makes the PUD desirable. Rather than simply placing businesses or houses on a site, the property owner or developer must come in with a unified plan describing how the elements of the site will fit together and fit into the surroundings.
 Now, that all of us are enlighten (regarding PUDs) let me tell you about 103 Lakepines. The property is a condo, two stories with three baths and two bedrooms.
