222 La Verne is a cute little cottage in the Belmont Shore Area. Belmont Shore is a charming beachside community in the southern corner of Long Beach. Located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, the Shore is only two miles to the west of Seal Beach in Orange County and three miles to the east of Downtown Long Beach.

This property was shot for Loree Scarborough, one of Long Beach Top Producers. She is always very particular and meticulous about her listings and I appreciate very much her approuch.
